Speaking and Performance Skills
Puppetry in Practice's performance-based residencies help students develop their oral communication, presentation skills and confidence—with a particular focus on pronunciation, diction, projection, clarity and volume.
Performance-oriented programming also enhances collaboration and team-building skills, as students work collectively toward a final performance, usually the result of creating an original work derived from a curriculum-based exploration.
PiP's programs provide an immersion in the creative process. With a focus on developing speaking skills through creativity, students become better prepared for future levels of education and any career path.
